10 Clyde Street comprises of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with floating timber floor, a wood combustion heater and large screen TV with DVD player. The bedrooms also have the floating timber floor. The bathroom has a toilet and separate bath and shower. The internal laundry has a front loading washing machine and a toilet. There is a lovely back deck with BBQ perfect for entertaining and the back yard is fully fenced

This property is in a residential area with permanent residents near by. We have a no party, no noise policy.
If we get a complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately plus full bond will be claimed.  No questions asked.
