Beyond Collingwood Beach is Collingwood Cove and Orion Beach Beach to name a few. Also just 500 metres away is the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway.
Sunshine is a 550 metre stroll to Vincentia Shopping Village with bakeries, cafe’s, restaurants, Coles Supermarket plus an array of specialty shops.

If we get a complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately plus full bond will be claimed.  No questions asked.
