High Season – $5250 Weekly /  February 1st to 28th – $525 Daily / Shoulder – $350 Daily  / Winter – $300 Daily with a 2 night minimum stay

/ June Long Weekend is a 3 night minimum /  October Long Weekend – $750 Daily / Easter – $750 Daily

Parties and Functions
This property is in a residential area with permanent residents near by. We have a no party, no noise policy.
If we get a complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately plus full bond will be claimed.  No questions asked.
If you are planning a party please book elsewhere.

No Schoolies, Bucks, Hens Weekends, Parties or Functions. Instant eviction will occur as per our Terms & Conditions + NSW Fair Trading Code of Conduct. Parents booking Schoolies on behalf of their children is STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED also instant eviction will occur.
