A leisurely 1. 4 km stroll (or 3 minute drive) away is Palm Beach which is ideal for the younger kids with shallow protected swimming and also close by is the Sanctuary Point Boat Ramp and Basin Foreshore walk.
Local Sanctuary Point Shopping Centre with an array of shops just 850 metres away.
Sanctuary Point is located 6.5 km from the white sands of Jervis Bay.

Perfect for a base away from the hustle and bustle of the Hub of Jervis Bay – Huskisson and Vincentia and Hyams Beach.
Spend a day or 2 exploring Booderee National Park (18 km drive) with many secluded beaches and walking trails. A must os the ruined lighthouse at Cape St George.

This property is in a residential area with permanent residents near by. We have a no party, no noise policy.
If we get a complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately plus full bond will be claimed.  No questions asked.
If you are planning a party please book elsewhere.
