One bathroom  with shower, vanity and toilet. 2nd Toilet in external laundry with washing machine and dryer.

There is plenty of off street parking and room for a large boat.

This property is in a residential area with permanent residents near by. We have a no party, no noise policy.
If we get a complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately plus full bond will be claimed.  No questions asked.
