Colloden Beach House has all bases covered when catering for a large group or family.
Main living area with comfy lounge with reverse cycle air conditioning, TV with Super Nintendo Classic Mini + a selection of games.
Dining area with seating for 6.
Kitchen and 2nd living area combined with reverse cycle air conditioning.
Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (complimentary pods supplied for arrival)
2nd living area with lounge and 2nd TV.
Laundry has washing machine + dryer.
Main bedroom has an ensuite with shower and toilet.
Main bathroom with bath, shower and seperate vanity and toilet.
Step out to enclosed courtyard with BBQ and outdoor seating.
Rumpus Room for the kids with a table tennis table.
Linen
Linen is supplied with beds made for arrival. Please bring beach towels.
The location
Located in quiet location of Colloden Avenue, Vincentia.
Vincentia Shopping Village is also a 750 metre stroll away with an array of shops, cafes and restaurants plus Coles Supermarket.
Also 750 metres (10 minute walk) from the white sands of Jervis Bay where you will find Collingwood Beach which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddling, kayaking or simply relaxing.
If you don't want to walk to the beach, jump in the car and explore the many beaches not only Vincentia has to offer - but the entire Bay & Basin area.
The beaches
Jervis Bay has a vast array of beaches and coves to explore and enjoy.
Hyams Beach a must with its world famous white sand.
Enjoy the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway - head north to the Hub of Jervis Bay - Huskisson - or head south and follow the White Sands Track to Hyams Beach.
The parking
Double garage + carport + driveway parking for 4 cars.
Pets
Dogs only allowed. If bringing a pet - please be aware that ticks are active in the local area
Please note that only the following beaches are pet friendly:
Huskisson Beach and Nelson Beach, Vincentia - Off leash at certain times and seasons.
Hyams Beach and Orion Beach, Vincentia - On leash at all times.
Colloden Beach House is not serviced.
For arrival - we supply a small supply of complimentary toilet paper, mini soaps, tea, coffee sachets and sugar. These items are not supplied for your entire stay.
You are also required to bring any personal items.
