From dining area - step out to deck with outdoor setting, follow the pathway down to waters edge which is perfect for launching kayaks and paddle boards or fishing.
2nd living area - perfect for the kids to make their own with an array of games and books + air conditioning.
Plus a seperate Studio - perfect for the grandparents or a Teenager's Retreat.
Studio has a queen bed, ceiling fan, 65 inch Smart TV, lounge, kitchenette.
Studio bathroom is combined with laundry.
Laundry/bathroom with washing machine/dryer combo + shower, toilet and vanity.
Main bathroom with a 1/2 bath with shower + vanity and seperate toilet.
Bedroom 1 has an ensuite.
High chair, travel cot and hair dryer supplied.
BBQ in covered carport area.

The location
Overlooking St Georges Basin, it is an ideal spot for kayaking, paddle boards, boating and fishing.
A peaceful location with the tree-lined basin walk providing opportunity to explore scenic shoreline views.
In the vicinity of Jervis Bay without being in the hustle and bustle of Vincentia, Huskisson or Hyams Beach.
