From dining area – step out to deck with outdoor setting, follow the pathway down to waters edge which is perfect for launching kayaks and paddle boards or fishing.
2nd living area – perfect for the kids to make their own with an array of games and books + air conditioning.
Plus a seperate Studio – perfect for the grandparents or a Teenager’s Retreat.

If we get a complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately plus full bond will be claimed. No questions asked.
