Main lounge area with large comfy lounge, 65 inch Smart TV with Netflix (own login required) 2 ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Well equipped galley style kitchen with De Longhi coffee machine (beans supplied) and microwave plus large fridge.
Large dining area with spectacular water views across St Georges Basin.
From dining area – step out to deck with outdoor setting, follow the pathway down to waters edge which is perfect for launching kayaks and paddle boards or fishing.
2nd living area – perfect for the kids to make their own with an array of games and books + air conditioning.
Plus a seperate Studio – perfect for the grandparents or a Teenager’s Retreat.
With queen bed, ceiling fan, 65 inch Smart TV, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom.

Laundry with washing machine/dryer combo.

Main bathroom with a 1/2 bath + shower + vanity and seperate toilet.

This property is in a residential area with permanent residents near by. We have a no party, no noise policy.
If we get a complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately plus full bond will be claimed. No questions asked.
If you are planning a party please book elsewhere.

No Schoolies, Bucks, Hens Weekends, Parties or Functions. Instant eviction will occur as per our Terms & Conditions + NSW Fair Trading Code of Conduct. Parents booking Schoolies on behalf of their children is STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED also instant eviction will occur.

COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS – If your booking has been effected due to the NSW Health Travel Bans, you will be entitled to a credit.
