Sunny verandah off dining area - perfect spot for the morning coffee.
3 Bedrooms with quality linen with Micro Cloud mattresses are supplied for all beds.
Main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity & toilet.
Did we mention the spectacular views across Jervis Bay !!

Downstairs - Impressive games room with pool table, large comfy lounge + large smart TV.
Step out to partially covered back deck complete with outdoor lounge area.
2 bedrooms.
Second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Back yard has a variety of herbs and citrus for your use during your stay.

Outdoor entertaining
Alfresco dining area with outdoor kitchen, webber BBQ, mini bar fridge with outdoor seating and covered lounge area that steps out to a private fire pit area (you will need to supply own wood)

Fully fenced yard, carport, off street parking. 2nd driveway with plenty of room for a boat.

The location
Directly opposite is Jervis Bay National Park - perfect for bush walks and
mountain biking with lots of great bush tracks to explore including The Gray Walking Track, Nest of Tracks and Murray Street Fire Trail.

Enjoy the foreshore cycle path / walkway that runs along Collingwood Beach - head north to Huskisson or south to the White Sands Walking track to Hyams Beach.

Vincentia Shopping Village is 1km away - with an array of specialty shops, cafe's and restaurants and Coles Supermarket.

The beaches
With these views - the house is located up the hill a 3 minute drive to Collingwood Beach, Collingwood Cove and Orion Beach with many other beaches close by to explore and enjoy.

The parking
Carport available - car height 2 metres maximum.
2 driveways with parking for 5 cars.
Garden shed at back of garage is available for storage of bikes, kayaks and paddle boards.
Garage is not available.

Pets
If bringing a pet - please be aware that ticks are active in the local area
Please note that only the following beaches are pet friendly:
Huskisson Beach and Nelson Beach, Vincentia - Off leash at certain times and seasons.
Hyams Beach and Orion Beach, Vincentia - On leash at all times.

Linen
Linen is supplied with beds made for arrival. Please bring beach towels.

CCTV Camera
Please note that the property has a CCTV camera attached to the front of the house to provide security when vacant. There are no cameras inside the house. The camera views the front yard and driveway only.
