Lounge room with 65 inch smart TV + wood fire for the cooler months with fire wood supplied.
Main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Step out to deck with outdoor seating - the perfect place to enjoy
daily visits from the local birdlife.
Downstairs has a second living area - with DVD only TV - perfect for the kids.
Second bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom with queen bed, single bed and trundle bed.
A kitchenette for preparing the BBQ with a second fridge.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Undercover deck with BBQ and outdoor seating.

The location
Karalee is located 1km (2 minute drive) from the white sands of Jervis Bay where you will find pet friendly Nelson's Beach
and Barfleur Beach.
Beyond Nelson's Beach is Blenheim Beach and Greenfields Beach to name a just a few plus the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway. Head south and follow the White Sands Track through to the world famous white sands of Hyams Beach.
600 metre stroll to Vincentia Golf Club - a 13 hole golf course plus clubhouse and restaurant.
The beaches
There are many beaches around Jervis Bay to explore during your stay.
The parking
Parking at either front of house - in Minerva Avenue or a double driveway at back of property which is located in Towry Crescent.
Minerva driveway is very steep.
Garage is not available.
Back yard has wire fencing. Secure for mid to larger sized dogs.

If bringing a pet - please be aware that ticks are active in the local area
Please note that only the following beaches are pet friendly:
Huskisson Beach and Nelson Beach, Vincentia - Off leash at certain times and seasons.
Hyams Beach and Orion Beach, Vincentia - On leash at all times.
