This ever popular townhouse with shared private jetty is located within an easy stroll to boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle.
As you walk in, you are greeted by a formal lounge that continues through to an open kitchen/dining area and then through to the private courtyard. The laundry and 3rd toilet are also located on this level.
All the bedrooms are upstairs as is the kids retreat/TV room with water glimpses from the verandah. Two of the three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and main with ensuite.

The property is ideally located, close to the water and shops, and in a quiet location. Cupboards had all the utensils we needed and the grandchildren had a great collection of toys. For adults who prefer to stay indoors, there are books and videos. With these additional touches and all linen provided, we really felt spoilt for the price of accommodation. We enjoyed eating in the private courtyard, which was well shaded. The private jetty was great for children to fish from but too shallow for anything serious. However, it should be good for those wanting to launch into snorkelling or other water activity.
Our whole family will recommend this property to friends and it will be our first option if we visit the Shoalhaven again.

Anonymous - 1st January 2021Overall, we had a great stay. The master bedroom was fantastic, and we loved the location. While we encountered some minor issues with the jetty access and squeaky bunk beds, we still enjoyed our time there. We look forward to returning in the future.
