This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

The TV in the home is located in the shared bedroom/lounge room downstairs, so guests may wish to bring a laptop to watch television upstairs if this will be a children's room.

Jacki - 25th December 2024We had a short stay at this well-appointed home in Vincentia! The welcome package was a thoughtful and generous touch . . . both delicious and appreciated. The location is just a 15 minute walk from Nelsons, Barfleur, and Orion beaches. Nelsons is dog-friendly on a time-share basis, while Barfleur and Orion are simply beautiful. The house is fully fenced, ensuring our pet was safe, the garden is well maintained. Air conditioning throughout the house provides a comfortable indoor temperature. The back verandah offers sea views . . . an ideal spot for a meal, board games, or simply relaxing. There’s plenty of hot water and although the water is hard, the pressure is phenomenal. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful beach retreat!
