Upstairs - An open plan living space with jaw dropping views over Jervis Bay, reverse cycle air-conditioning, dining table comfortably seating 8 and lounge seating for 9. A huge smart TV and a wonderful flow through to the gorgeous balcony overlooking the bay.

Downstairs – The ideal quiet retreat! A separate downstairs lounge with garden views and a comfortable L shaped lounge and large flat screen Smart TV.

A vast front deck with breathtaking views across Jervis Bay to Point Perpendicular. A large covered and lit outdoor dining table for 6 guests, plus two additional lounge chairs. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views on the large swinging egg chair!

The large tiered fully secure backyard provides an additional entertainment area with a firepit and seating. There is also an outdoor washing line.

An outdoor shower is also provided for washing sandy toes from the beach!

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Absolutely no pets are permitted at this home.

Please note that the backyard is tiered with small drops between each tier so children should be supervised at all times.
