Oyster Catcher is an architecturally designed beach house nestled in a quiet pocket of Huskisson on the NSW South Coast, only 300 metres from the pristine white sands of Jervis Bay. Inspired by Australian surf culture's landscape and rich heritage, it offers an authentic private sanctuary for you to experience. Oyster Catcher is a luxury home that has been stylishly renovated and generously equipped.
Oyster Catcher Huskisson is a home that seamlessly blends luxury finishes with a classic Aussie coastal surf vibe with hardwood windows, doors, flooring, decking, and stairs. The theme carries through to each space with a bespoke luxury interior design that creates unique areas to entertain or relax. Filled with natural light and decorated with light neutral tones, the Oyster Catcher will have guests feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated from the moment their bags touch the ground.
The bedrooms are individually styled and feature high-quality mattresses, beautiful linens and stylish touches. The living areas flow from one to another with high vaulted ceilings and quintessential indoor/outdoor living.
Home cooks will be delighted with the large open kitchen with the highest quality appliances, plenty of pantry space, and even a serving window to outdoor dining!

An expansive, well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare holiday feasts. The cupboards are filled with high quality crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware.
Living
The kitchen shares a large open plan space with a beautifully designed and furnished dining area and home office space. This leads through to a vast open plan living space with quad-fold doors opening onto the deck and reverse cycle air-conditioning. More than ample comfortable seating for 8 guests and an extra large flat screen TV for family movie nights!
Laundry
Bathroom 2 is a combined laundry bathroom with a combined washer/dryer, shower, sink and WC.
Outside
The Oyster Catcher features a stunning native garden both at the front and the rear of the home. The large front deck captures all of the evening sun and has a large outdoor dining set with a gas Barbecue and even a serving window from the kitchen! The back garden is a perfect little oasis with huge well established natives all around and a hot and cold outdoor shower.
Linen
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Please bring your own beach towels.

The main bedroom was excellent and so comfortable although my husband found the bed a little soft for his liking but no complaints. It was a treat to be staying in such a gorgeous home and will be back.

Leigh - 3rd February 2024The house hits the sweet spot between stylish and relaxing and we did not want to leave. The location is amazing, on a quiet street where you can have breakfast on the sunny deck while listening to the local Kookaburras. The house is a short walk to lovely Huskisson Beach, the Moona Moona Inlet, playgrounds and the waterfront walking and cycling track. It’s also an easy walk into town.
