The house is deceptively large and stylishly furnished with beautiful parquet floors running through the main areas. With 4 bedrooms and 3 separate living areas, everyone in your group will have space to enjoy and space in which to come together. Your four legged family member is also most welcome to come too and enjoy the fully secure backyard. If you can't leave the office behind that's fine too as this home is equipped with fast wifi and a the fourth bedroom includes a desk with monitor, keyboard and mouse.

This solar powered home is ideally situated close to the water's edge in St Georges basin and an easy walk to the park and the country club. The Basin itself needs no introduction as one of the prime fishing locations in NSW and this home has plenty of room to park the boat.

There is much to see and do in St Georges Basin and Jervis Bay and this home is located right amongst it! Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced, back yard, however they are not allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
