Linen
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, duvets and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Pets
This property is suitable for pets and has a secure, fully fenced yard, however they are not allowed on the furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

The garage is a single car garage with a clearance of 2 metres. There is small ping pong table in the garage which will need to be moved if using it for parking
The backyard is fully secure. The height of the fence is 1.5 metres at its lowest point.

The house is very well located, in a peaceful area and only few minutes walking distance from one of the most beautiful beach in Jervis Bay. It was also super clean and very very well equipped with great cookware / great barbecue area, a Nespresso coffee machine (WITH the Milk frother which is pretty rare), the beds are very confortable, air dryer in every bathroom, fans in every room, double roller blinds in every bed room… On top of that the entertainment area is great & sunny with very large windows, with Netflix / Disney+ & more if you want to do a movie night + there are some boardgames and air conditioning. Cherry on the cake is that it is a pet friendly place, super convenient as the beach nearby is pet friendly. Overall it is an amazing rental place that our family of 5 truly (4 + the grandma) enjoyed and is probably in our top 5 so far. If we would go back to Jervis Bay we would not look elsewhere!

Hannah-May - 12th November 2024Good price. Great location to shops and amenities in Huskisson and all the local beaches. Well equipped and clean property nice garden and outside area. Wasn’t missing anything we needed for a stay with 4 adults 2 young kids and a dog. We left something in the property after check out and the cleaning staff called us and told us they would come and drop us off our item where we were sat having lunch! Exceptional customer service

Having stayed at plenty of holiday rentals that claim to have a fully kitted kitchen, but often have a mishmash of pots and pans, often in very poor condition. This one was a pleasant surprise and has a perfect set of pots and pans in like new condition along with a good amount of plates bowls and cutlery.

Our golden retriever loved both the back and front yard. The location was perfect with a 5min walk to the dog beach. We would definitely stay again! Ps the gas heater at the property was the best in the winter weather.

Salina - 2nd February 2024Had the best time at this place over the long weekend! It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach and we used the bbq as well as the board games provided!! Everything you could need was all provided in the kitchen and bathrooms, we couldn’t have asked for more! There was even a pack of Jervis Bay pale ales in the fridge when we arrived! 10/10, perfect stay! 🏖️
