Pets
This property is suitable for pets and a small part of the yard is secure and fully fenced. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet and if you have not picked up after your pet in the yard before departure.
You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Two complimentary kayaks are provided. These are used at own risk.
There is no fence between the property and Moona Moona Creek or the road. Children must be supervised at all times.

Sophie - 25th December 2024This home is situated nearby to multiple beaches and you have a stunning river mouth on your back doorstep that is perfect for those wanting a swim or with small children. The house is dog friendly and our little dog had a great time. There’s a lovely deck for outdoor meals overlooking the water. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Max - 20th December 2024It was such a nice holiday house right near the water. 1 minute walk to swimming and coming back there is a side gate to the yard where you can shower outside and side access to laundry for convenience. Highly recommend
